Letter Of Complaint
We live in a small apartment building, and I think the sound isolation is not very good, because flushing the toilet always makes a big noise that could wake up the neighbours at night, so the unspoken rule in the building is not to flush the toilet after 11 p.m. However, after I used the toilet, it was a crime scene in there. And I can't stand a filthy toilet... I just can't... it's stronger than me, I just had to flush it. XD
